Orders will be posted within 3 business days from the date the order was placed. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Our orders will arrive to you packaged in recycled boxes and packing materials.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, holiday period (ie Christmas period) expect a longer processing time frame.

The time frame may also vary if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We will inform you of this during the processing period. We will also update our website too.

Damages

Gamers Delight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at gamersdelight.inquire@outlook.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
